I've been part of The Egg & I/Chicken Run for seven years, starting as general manager before buying the restaurant in May 2022. My inspiration to become a restaurateur began in early childhood when my mother shared her love for cooking, baking, and entertaining with me. Those memories shaped my dream to create a place where families gather around the table and make lasting memories together.
Rising Each Day for My Little Peeps
I rise and shine every morning motivated by my two daughters, Kynzy and Kylie. They inspire me to bring fresh, hearty meals to our Lubbock community daily. Running this café means creating a space where neighbors become friends and strangers feel welcome. I want every guest to experience the same warmth and genuine hospitality my mother showed me growing up in her kitchen.
